Benefits of Body Butters and balms…

I love making body butters and balms they are so luscious and nourishing for your skin and help heal dry skin and can be used as a carrier for specific Essential oils for pain relief. Butters have their own properties that help all sorts of skin issue. Here are a few of my favorites and what they can be used for.

Shea Butter

This butter has a sticky feel but when melted and whipped it is smooth and silky on the skin. I use it in my Muscle & Joint Pain Balm along with Jojoba Oil due to it has anti-inflammatory properties all on its own and mixed with a special blend of Essential Oils can greatly reduce stiff Joints and swollen muscles. It can also help to relieve the dryness, irritation and itching of dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema and other skin ailments. Being a sufferer of psoriasis and eczema myself I was amazed at how this butter can help and heal my skin conditions that I have seen a doctor for and had many medicated creams and lotions to aid in helping me and I have had no success until I made my own whipped body butter using Shea butter and Cocoa butter together along with essential oils and jojoba oil.

Cocoa Butter

Cocoa Butter is known to aid in skin flexibility and used to soften the skin. This is a great butter to be used in face creams due to it is knows to aid in the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes and mouth. It has a heavenly smell that is relaxing and subtle. This is a great base in body butters because it creates a rich creamy butter that feels amazing on the skin.

Kombo Butter

This butter is thick, rich, oily and looks like coffee in color. Kombo Butter is amazing all but itself with a grainy feel it gets smooth and soft as it is melted. It can prolong the shelf life of other butters when mixed in with them. Also the healing properties in this particular butter are wonderful from being an Anti-Inflammatory to being an antioxidant and antiseptic. This butter is also great in relieving pain and helping to assist other Essential oil blends in healing muscle and joint pain.

If you are looking for Body Butters and Balms to help with pain or skin conditions I do make and sell them in my Online Store. In all my butters I also use organic Beeswax it contains vitamin A, which is essential for human cell development and can help aid in the properties of the body butters and balms. I encourage you to try these butters experiment in what you like and what feels good to you.
